SERVATRON INC. DIVERSIFIES, IS ON TRACK FOR $30 MILLION IN SALES: 8-2-2012
Spokane Valley-based contract manufacturer Servatron Inc., which moved into new quarters in March, is on track to boost its annual sales to $30 million as the company has diversified and added new key accounts, says President Tod Byers
That target is significantly more than last year's total revenue of just over $20 million, and Byers attributes the higher projection to the company increasing its customer base

"I was on the phone today with a contact from one of our large electric utility customers, and he went out of his way to note how well we were doing on repair service turn times. He has been sending equipment in for service for many years and knows just how far we’ve come on handheld repairs. His comment to me was, “It used to be that it could take 2-3 weeks to get a handheld back. And now I’ve had times where I send a unit on Monday and get it back by Wednesday!
Kudos to the service team for doing so well on service turns! They are really “knocking it out of the park” for us, which is great for our business and greatly appreciated. Keep up the great work!
