New Product Introduction

Our new product introduction (NPI) process customizes all the necessary skills and techniques needed to prepare products for manufacturing. Servatron's NPI process ensures that a product seamlessly flows from DFT and DFM, to Prototyping, to Production.

We also combine functionality and manufacturability validation efforts during the prototyping process to shorten the product development cycle, reduce the number of engineering changes and ultimately shorten time-to-market. And we continually modify our prototyping technology processes to prepare for product evolution and emerging market segments.

Servatron's information technology resources also provide the flexibility our customers require. We are able to immediately and seamlessly integrate our customers' product data files into the design and manufacturing systems and equipment. This allows us to quickly ramp up at any stage of the product launch process to ensure that time-to-market and time-to-volume needs are met.

With a program manager at the helm, a customer focus team acts as a liaison between the customer and the NPI team, providing regular updates to the customer.
