Servatron uses the JD Edwards ERP system operating on an IBM AS400 for its electronic business systems. The components of the JD Edwards system that are used are: Accounting, finance, production, planning procurement, and inventory control.

Servatron utilizes Agile to manage its document control needs. Agile is linked back to the JD Edwards system to close the loop.

In October of 2004, Servatron began utilizing QuoteFX as its on-line quote management tool created specifically for the electronics industry. QuoteFX allows our supply-chain management professions, to speed the quote process while, reducing our customers materials cost, by enabling more vendors to quote.
